1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

of December 21, 2012 No. 1402 "About approval of forms of tax declarations of collection for parking lots of vehicles and tourist tax", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 16, 2013 for No. 127/22659;

of December 21, 2012 No. 1405 "About approval of form of Calculation of the amount of collection for the first registration of vehicles", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2013 for No. 149/22681;

of December 25, 2012 No. 1408 "About approval of form of the Tax declaration on the non-personal tax, other than the parcel of land", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2013 for No. 144/22676.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
