In the "Regulations on the State committee on cases of refugees and displaced persons of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 1, 2005 No. 187 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 2, Article 63; 2008, No. 3, Article 168, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 12, Article 983; 2011, No. 2, Article 85) to make the following changes:
1. in Item 5.4 to replace the word of "one" with the word of "two" and to add the second offer of the following content to this Item:
"Vice-chairmen of Committee carry out the obligations assigned to them by the chairman of Committee and bear for it the personal responsibility.";
2. in Item 5.6 the word of "deputy" shall be replaced with words "deputies".
