About modification of Item 7 of the Regulations on National anti-corruption committee

1. Bring in Item 7 of the Regulations on National anti-corruption committee approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 1, 2011 No. 890 "Questions of National anti-corruption committee" (with the changes made by Decrees of March 16, 2012 No. 201 and of October 12, 2012 No. 598), such changes:

the fifth to replace the paragraph with nine paragraphs of such content:

"For determination of other candidates for inclusion in structure of Committee the executive secretary addresses to:

To the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - rather People's Deputies of Ukraine, representatives of Institute of the legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;

To the Prime Minister of Ukraine - concerning cabinet ministers of Ukraine and in case of requirement concerning representatives central and local executive bodies;

To judicial council of Ukraine - concerning judges;

To the Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine - concerning representatives of Administration of the President of Ukraine, National institute of strategic researches;

To the Attorney-General of Ukraine - concerning representatives of bodies of prosecutor's office;

To the chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine - concerning representatives of bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine;

to the president of National academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the president of National academy of legal sciences of Ukraine - concerning representatives scientific and research establishments.

Committee also representatives of public organizations are included. At the same time the number of representatives of public organizations shall constitute at least than one heel from structure of Committee".
