Bring in the Procedure for release, the address and repayment of tax anticipation bills, avalized bank (tax receipts) which are issued before obtaining from excise warehouse of ethyl alcohol of the not denatured, ethyl alcohol denatured (technical) and bioethanol which are used by subjects of managing for production of separate types of products, No. 1257 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 5, the Art. 244), such changes:
