state Article 13 in the following edition:
"Article 13. Obligatory copies
The procedure and quantity of the provided obligatory copies of all types of editions are regulated by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of forming of obligatory copy of documents.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
