About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 616

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 616 "About approval of the Regulations on the State register of bases of personal data and procedure for its maintaining" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 45, the Art. 1833) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 616

1. In paragraph three of Item 2 of the resolution of the word of "owners of bases of personal data" shall be replaced with words "owners of personal data".

2. In Regulations on the State register of bases of personal data and procedure for its maintaining approved by the specified resolution:

1) in Item 5:

shall be replaced with words words of "such base" "such personal data";

add Item with paragraphs of such content:

"The owner of personal data is exempted from obligation of registration of bases of personal data:

which maintaining is connected with providing and realization of employment relationships;

members of the public, religious organizations, labor unions, political parties.";

Item 7 after the paragraph of the ninth to add 2) with new paragraphs of such content:

"information:

- about structure of personal data which are processed;

- about the third parties to whom personal data are transferred;

- about cross-border transfer of personal data;".
