1. Approve Rules of preparation of stamps, putting down of stamp and registration of entry of identification taxpayer number in the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. No. 302 to add Item 6 of the Regulations on passport system in the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 15, 1997 with the paragraph of the following content:

"-identification taxpayer number about registration (tax registration) in tax authority".

3. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and its territorial subdivisions in case of issue of the passport to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan shall provide execution of this resolution.

4. Enact this resolution since January 1, 2013.
