Questions of conducting anti-discrimination examination and public anti-discrimination examination of drafts of regulatory legal acts
According to part three of Article 8 and part two of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and counteraction of discrimination in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting anti-discrimination examination of drafts of regulatory legal acts by executive bodies which is applied.
2. Determine that public anti-discrimination expertize is carried out by public organizations, physical persons and legal entities within public public discussion of drafts of regulatory legal acts according to the Procedure for carrying out consultations with the public concerning forming and realization of state policy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 2010 No. 996 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 84, the Art. 2945).
3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
