Procedure for rendering social services on partially and completely paid basis in public institutions and houses of social servicing

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is prepared according to article 25.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social service" and in connection therewith the Law regulates questions of rendering social services on partially and completely paid basis in public institutions and houses of social servicing.

1.2. Social services (further - social services) in public institutions and houses of social servicing are provided to persons (families) which are in severe vital conditions in the guaranteed amount free of charge.

1.3. If the amount of social services exceeds the guaranteed amount, social services according to appendix No. 1 to this Procedure are provided on partially paid basis.

1.4. If the type of social service does not belong to the guaranteed amount of social servicing, according to appendix No. 2 to this Procedure social services are provided on completely paid basis.
