About approval of the Program of distribution of means of road fund for 2013

1. Approve the Program of distribution of means of road fund for 2013 it (is applied).

2. Financing of the works provided in the Program of distribution of means of road fund for 2013 to perform at the expense of means of road fund, in process of their accumulating, according to the Regulations on procedure for education and use of road fund approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 893-XIII of June 26, 1996.

3. The purchases necessary for accomplishment of the specified Program to perform according to legislation provisions.

4. To the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure together with the Ministry of Economics to develop the Comprehensive plan on quality assurance of roadwork and to submit for approval to Council of road fund.
