About modification and amendments in appendix No. 11 to the Order of Customs Service No. of the 346th of 24.12.2009. "About approval of Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration"

For the purpose of ensuring uniform application of the tax and customs current legislation, and also based on provisions of Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova and Item 8 of the Regulations on Customs Service approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 4 of 2:01. 2007, I ORDER:

1. Be reworded as follows Codification of customs privileges to appendix No. 11 to Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration (according to appendix).

2. To management of information technologies to enter into the Information system "Asycuda World" of change and amendment, necessary for execution of this Order.

3. To assign execution of this Order to chiefs of customs.

4. To impose control of proper execution of this Order on department of the income and information technologies.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
