1. Approve enclosed:

2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 1022 "About approval of form of the Book of accounting of the income and expenses for determination of the amount of the total annual taxable income and the Procedure for accounting of the income and expenses for determination of the amount of the total annual taxable income", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 30, 2010 for No. 1441/18736.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of the taxation of physical persons of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Busarev V. V.) in the procedure established by the legislation:
