About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About tourism"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 3, 1999 "About tourism" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 9, Art. 228; 2005, No. 12, Art. 641; 2009, No. 5, Art. 337) following changes and amendments:

2. In the text of Article 1 of the word "single rules" shall be replaced with words "procedure".

3. In Article 2:

- tourism - occupation type which realizes system of the organization of carrying out rest with the improving, fact-finding purpose, for the purpose of pilgrimage (except for hajj), commercial, sports, professional and office and other purposes by means of travel (tour) and temporary stay outside the residence;";

- the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-tourist product - set of the tourist services available to requirements satisfaction of the tourist based on the agreement taking into account environment of the tourist market;";

- in the paragraph the twelfth" (further - "Tour operator")" shall be replaced with words words "(further - tour operator)";

- in the paragraph the thirteenth" (further - "Travel agent")" shall be replaced with words words "(further - the travel agent)";

- the fourteenth after the word of "resources" to add the paragraph with words of Republic of Tajikistan;

- to state paragraphs of the twenty first and twenty second in the following edition:

"-the tourist permit - the individual document confirming the right to tourist services;

- interokhota - kind of tourist activities which will be organized by the subjects of tourist activities having the corresponding licenses with participation of foreign citizens, according to the procedure and on conditions, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan;";
