About formation of territorial authorities of Public service on emergency situations and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of Public service on emergency situations according to the list according to appendix, having reorganized by merge territorial authorities of the Ministry of emergency situations and the State inspection of technogenic safety in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol.
2. Determine that:
territorial authorities of the Ministry of emergency situations and the State inspection of technogenic safety which will be reorganized continue to carry out the powers before transfer of such powers to territorial authorities of Public service on emergency situations;
territorial authorities which are formed according to Item 1 of this resolution are legal successors of the rights and obligations of territorial authorities which will be reorganized.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
