Conditions of protection of dangerous and valuable cargoes during their transportation by road transport which are applied;
the list of dangerous and valuable cargoes according to appendix.

1. These Conditions are determined for the purpose of implementation by subjects of security activities according to agreements of protection of dangerous and valuable cargoes during their transportation by road transport.
2. In these Conditions the terms "subject of security activities", "personnel of protection", "specialist in the organization of measures of protection", "Item of centralized observation", "reaction transport" are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About security activities".
3. Protection of radioactive materials during their transportation is performed according to the Regulations on procedure of transportation of radioactive materials by the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 15, 2004 No. 1373 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 42, the Art. 2771).
