1. Approve form of registration card of the investment offer, investment project which is applied.
2. To submit to department of investment and innovative policy and development of public-private partnership (Kovalenko V. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Maksyuta A. A.
