Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 11, 2005 N 66 "Questions of reforming of private security under law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 8, Art. 648; N 42, the Art. 5922) to add 2011, with Item 3 (1) the following content:

"3(1). Determine that the federal state unitary enterprise "Okhrana" has the right to protect the objects which are subject to the state protection.".

In paragraphs one, the second, third and fifth Item 7 of Rules of application of separate security measures concerning the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 27, 2006 N 630 (Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 45, Art. 4708), to replace the words "under law-enforcement bodies" with the word of "police".

3. In Rules of physical protection of nuclear materials, nuclear installations and Items of storage of the nuclear materials approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 19, 2007 N 456 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 31, Art. 4081; 2011, N 21, Art. 2961):

a) in Items 17, of 21, "private security under law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words 23 and 32 words "divisions of private security of police";
