The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the budget of the Pension fund of Ukraine for 2013 which is attached.
2. Determine that in 2013 difference between the size of the pension granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" and the double size of the pension determined according to Item 2 or Item 3 of the Procedure for determination of difference between the size of the pension granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" and the pension size from solidary system according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 16, 2011 No. 1168 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 89, the Art. 3233), is paid for the account of means of the government budget.
