3. The parent organizations of banking groups and (or) bank holdings which made the decision on creation and the publication of the consolidated statements according to international accounting standards till September 20, 2013 represent such reporting as of April 1, 2013 to National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for the publication in the periodic printing edition of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in the amount and procedure established by the Instruction approved by this resolution.
