About approval of the Regulations on the simplified procedure for customs clearance
For the purpose of simplification of international trade and transportation of goods, according to the principle of optionality of customs control, and also based on provisions of Articles 131, 184 and 192 Customs codes of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Law No. 1149-XIV of the July 20, 2000 (reissued in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the simplified procedure for customs clearance according to appendix.
2. This Order becomes effective on January 1, 2013.
3. To Customs Service to take necessary measures for application of this Order and to bring internal regulations into accord with its provisions.
4. From the effective date this Order to declare invalid the Order of Customs Service No. 214-O of August 1, 2011 about approval of the Regulations on the procedure of customs clearance at the place of residence (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 131-133, the Art. 1123).
