About review of the regulations regulating business activity, issued by Customs Service

In pursuance of provisions of the Law No. 235-XVI of July 20, 2006 on the basic principles of regulation of business activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 126-130, 627), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Law No. 424-XV of December 16, 2005 on review and optimization of the normative legal basis of business activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 1-4, 16) DECIDES: the Government

1. Recognize invalid the regulations regulating business activity, issued by Customs Service during 2000-2016 according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve:

a) the list of the regulations regulating business activity, accepted by Customs Service during 2000-2016 which will be reviewed according to appendix No. 2;

b) the list of the regulations regulating business activity, accepted by Customs Service during 2000-2016 which will be published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, according to appendix No. 3.

3. To consider the acts specified in appendix No. 2 to this resolution and also drafts of acts of introduction of changes in them within the working group of State commission on regulation of business activity with appendix of the analysis of effect of regulation, according to the procedure established by the regulatory base within 3 months after entry into force of this resolution.

4. The regulations issued by Customs Service which were not included in the appendices No. 1-4 to this resolution containing the regulations regulating business activity have no legal force and will not be applied from coming into force of this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of provisions of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance (Customs Service) and the Ministry of Economics.
