About modification and amendments in the Charter of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Determine that the National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the unitary enterprise founded on the right of economic maintaining.

2. Determine that action does not extend to National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also to its economic societies and the unitary enterprises:
