About the State program on stabilization of epidemic of HIV infection in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012-2016

For the purpose of the prevention of epidemic of HIV infection in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides increases in efficiency of the held events for fight against HIV/AIDS:

1. Approve:

- The state program on stabilization of epidemic of HIV infection in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012-2016 (further - the State program) according to appendix 1;

- the actions plan on implementation of the State program according to appendix 2;

- the national plan of monitoring and assessment of implementation of the State program according to appendix 3.

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic annually, by March 25 of the year following the accounting period to provide in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic information on the course of accomplishment of the State program and implementation of the national plan of monitoring and assessment of implementation of the State program.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for prevention of HIV infection/AIDS, the infections which are transmitted in the sexual and injection way in the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 13, 2001 No. 785;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State program according to the prevention of epidemic of HIV/AIDS and its social and economic effects in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2006-2010" of July 6, 2006 No. 498;
