The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of system of the interlibrary subscription of the State Parties of the CIS of January 13, 1999 (further - the Agreement) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties for the purpose of refining of provisions of the Agreement

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Make the following changes to the Agreement:

1. In Item 1 of Article 4 of the word "Interstate committee on scientific technology development (further - MK scientific and technological revolution)" shall be replaced with words "Interstate council on cooperation in scientific and technical and innovative spheres (further - NTI MS)" and words "Interstate economic committee of Economic union (further - MEK)" - words CIS Economic Council.

2. In Item 2 of Article 4 to replace abbreviation of "MEK" with words CIS Economic Council.

3. In Item 3 of article 4 to replace abbreviation of "MK scientific and technological revolution" with abbreviation of "NTI MS".
