according to item 4 of article 6 of the Agreement on regulation of deliveries of some types of the steel pipes coming from Ukraine in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation of September 23, 2011 (further - the Agreement)

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Make the following changes and additions to the Agreement:

1. In preamble to exclude paragraph 10;

2. In Item 1 of Article 7 of the word and figures "on December 31, 2012" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on June 30, 2013";

3. In Appendix 1 to the Agreement to replace figures "7 304 110 009" on "7 304 110 003", figures "7 304 499 300" on "7 304 499 301", figures "7 304 499 500" on "7 304 499 501", after figures "7 304 110 003" to add to the second column of the table "7 304 110 004" and "7 304 110 008"; after figures "7 304 499 301" to add "7 304 499 309", after figures "7 304 499 501" to add "7 304 499 509";

4. Appendix 2 to the Agreement to add with part of the following content:

"About supply rates of goods during the period from January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013

During the period from January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013 goods are delivered:

on the territory of the Republic of Belarus of 35 thousand tons,

on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 16 thousand tons,

on the territory of the Russian Federation of 120 thousand tons.".
