According to Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine in compliance with the subitem 5 of Item 2 of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine of July 05, 2012 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning assistance to mortgage lending" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services DECIDED No. 5059-VI:

1. Approve Changes to some regulatory legal acts of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To provide to department of regulation and supervision of finance companies submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. To the sector of public relations and the protocol to provide promulgation of this order after it to state registration.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the member Natskomfinuslug Burmaka M. O.
