Bring such changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

paragraphs of the fourth and eighth of Item 3 of the Procedure for approval and issue of permissions to carrying out the activities connected with artificial changes of the condition of the atmosphere and the atmospheric phenomena in the economic purposes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2002 No. 301 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 12, Art. 573; 2004, No. 24, the Art. 1588) to exclude;

the paragraph the seventeenth Item 7 of the Procedure for issue of import permits and export of samples of types of wild fauna and flora, certificates on traveling exhibitions, re-export and introduction from the sea of the specified samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of the disappearance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2007 No. 953 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 55, of Art. 2211; 2011, No. 93, the Art. 3374) to exclude.
