Based on the paragraph of the sixth of Article 12 and paragraph two of article 12-1 of the Law No. 1225-XII of December 8, 1992 on recovery of victims of political repressions (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 241-246, of the Art. 746), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on cost recovery of property by compensation payment to persons which underwent to political repressions, and also payment of compensation in case of death as a result of political repressions approved by the Order of the Government No. 627 of June 5, 2007. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 78-81, of the Art. 656), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

To exclude 1) in Item 2 of the word "procedure for expense allocation between budgets of areas, budgets of municipiums of Chisinau and Belts, the budget of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia (Gagauz-Eri) and the government budget, and also";

To add 2) with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. The citizens of the Republic of Moldova living in settlements of left bank of Dniester (Transnistria) can submit applications to the special commissions created in the areas adjacent to administrative border of the respective settlements, in the following procedure: in the special commission of the area Rubber - the citizens living in Rybnitsky and Kamensk districts; in the special commission of the area Dubesar - the citizens living in Dubesarsky and Grigoriopolsky districts; in the special commission of the area Aneny Noy - the citizens living in municipium Tiraspol, Bender's municipium and Sloboziysky district";
