1. Approve the Procedure for development and approval of the balance year balance of receipt and distribution of natural gas in Ukraine, planned (settlement) balance of receipt and distribution of natural gas and forming and approval of planned distribution of supply of natural gas to consumers which is applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of 02.12.2013 No. 882

3. To the director of the department of questions of oil, gas, peat, oil-processing industry and alternative types of fuel Kiryushin I. V. provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Bondarenko A. Yu.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
