PJSC Ukrtransgaz () provide to Vinokurov S.A. accomplishment of the functions of the operator of the Single gas-transport system of Ukraine determined by the Law of Ukraine "About bases of functioning of the natural gas market", the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of November 26, 2012 No. 920 "About approval of the Procedure development and approval of the balance year balance of receipt and distribution of natural gas in Ukraine, planned (settlement) balance of receipt and distribution of natural gas and forming and approval of planned distribution of supply of natural gas to the consumers" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2013 behind No. 196/22728 and other regulatory legal acts.
