1. Approve Regulations on the extreme size of the expenses connected with implementation of non-state pension provision which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of June 22, 2004 No. 1102 "About limiting approval of rates for fee on administration of non-state pension fund", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2004 for No. 871/9470.
