1. Approve Regulations on the extreme size of the expenses connected with implementation of non-state pension provision which is applied.

2. To department of joint investment and regulation of activities of institution investors of the National commission on securities and stock market (O. Simonenko) to inform the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services on the made decision.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market O. Tarasenko.
