Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 2000 No. 8p "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for public demonstration of film audiovisual works, release of printed materials of erotic nature, and also products of sexual appointment, their distribution and advertizing by legal entities and physical persons" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 76, 8/3776).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
