About some questions of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Charter of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Determine that:

2.1. projects of regulatory legal acts concerning TV and radio broadcasting in the republic are subject to approval of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus;

2.2. in National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus activities of political parties, other public associations having political goals and their organizational structures are not allowed.

3. Establish the number of the workers of system of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus containing at the expense of means of the republican budget, 1553 units.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in two-month time:

provide reduction of the legislation in compliance with this Decree;

take other measures necessary for implementation of this Decree.

5. To the Ministry of Communications, the State Commission on Radio Frequencies to allocate to National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus the corresponding frequencies of broadcasting necessary for distribution of television and broadcasting programs by it.

6. National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time:

reorganize administrative directorate of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus by accession to National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus;

bring system of National state broadcasting company of the Republic of Belarus into accord with this Decree.
