About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state language of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 7, the Art. 316) the following change:

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About official language of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 7, the Art. 362) the following changes:
1. Recognize Article 4 invalid.
2. State Articles 7 and 8 in the following edition:
"Article 7. Acceptance of regulatory legal acts
1. Regulatory legal acts are adopted in two languages: state and official.
2. Acceptance of regulatory legal acts of representative bodies of local self-government only in state language on condition of accommodation in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit of the prevailing number of persons knowing state language and availability of the relevant decision of representative body of local self-government is allowed.
