About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 7, 2012 No. 584 "About approval of Rules of issue of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases"

"The statement on the new installations put into operation till December 31, 2012 and not included in the National plan of distribution of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases for 2013 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2012 No. 1588, moves till June 1, 2013.";

"15. The authorized body in the field of environmental protection issues the certificate during monthly term from the date of receipt of the documents specified in Item 7 of these rules.";
