About approval of the Regulations on national screen time and its use by subjects of cinematography and television

1. Approve Regulations on national screen time and its use by subjects of cinematography and television it (is applied).
2. To the state committee of statistics, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Culture and arts to develop and enter the monthly reporting on use of national screen time and observance of quota of demonstration of national movies by subjects of cinematography and television since 1999.

1. This Provision determines conditions of use of national screen time according to quotas, the stipulated in Clause 15-2 Laws of Ukraine "About cinematography".
The quota is determined lasting demonstrations of national movies, other movies made by subjects of cinematography of Ukraine, and works of national cinema heritage.
2. In this Provision the term "national screen time" means total time during which demonstration of movies in the rooms intended for this purpose (movie theaters, other film spectacular institutions), on channels of television, and also time of complete or partial demonstration of movies in thematic film screenings, TV programs and telecasts is performed.
