Paragraph two of Item 153 of the appendix N 10 to User Safety Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment approved by the order of the chief of the State inspectorate for supervision in power industry on August 2, 2004 N 271 (рег. N 1400 of August 20, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 33, Art. 379), to state in the following edition:
"The state of health of persons allowed to steeplejack works shall meet the medical requirements established for the workers occupied at these works according to Regulations on procedure for performing medical examination of employees (рег. N 2387 of August 29, 2012) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, N 35, the Art. 407). About permission to accomplishment of steeplejack works special entry in the certificate of examination in the Table "The Certificate on the Right of Carrying Out Special Works" is made.".
2. This order is approved with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan, SAC Uzbekenergo, the Uzstandart Agency and the Federation Council of labor unions of Uzbekistan.
3. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
