49) servicing of passengers - activities of the operator for performing procedures, connected with registration and implementation of airborne transportation of passengers and provision by it of the obligatory range of the services directed to requirements satisfaction;

50) servicing class - the level of comfort and amount of the services provided to passengers according to rate for airborne transportation;

51) comfort onboard the aircraft - the set of the living conditions, conveniences and climate intended for creation of certain fiziko-hygienic conditions to passengers and conveniences of their servicing by stewards, caused by configuration of passenger cabin, interior and equipment the necessary equipment and life support systems (electric, oxygen, rescue system, water supply, the sewerage, regulation of pressure, gas structure and air conditioning);
