PORTNOV Andrey Vladimirovich is the Adviser to the President of Ukraine
YAKIMENKO Alexander Grigoryevich is the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine;
To approve 2) as a part of Committee on questions of reforming of law enforcement agencies of such persons:
KALININ Igor Aleksandrovich is the Adviser to the President of Ukraine
KVVALOV Sergey Vasilyevich is the Chairman of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning supremacy of law and justice (in consent)
KLIMENKO Alexander Viktorovich is the Minister of the income and charges of Ukraine;
To remove 3) from structure of Committee on questions of reforming of law enforcement agencies V. Baloha, V. Bevz, I. Kaletnik.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
