About approval of the Approximate regulations on the center of provision of administrative services
According to part ten of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Approximate regulations on the center of provision of administrative services which are applied.
2. Recommend to local government bodies to be guided in the activities for ensuring functioning of the centers of provision of administrative services with the Approximate provision approved by this resolution.

1. The center of provision of administrative services (further - the center) is formed for the purpose of ensuring provision of administrative services in case of:
Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations;
district state administrations;
Kiev and Sevastopol, district in, state administrations;
executive body of city council of the city regional, republican values of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Also the centers can be formed under executive body of the city city of district value, settlement, village council in case of adoption of such decision by the relevant council.
2. The decision concerning creation, liquidation or reorganization of the center as permanent working body or structural division of the local state administration or executive body of local council is accepted by the head of the relevant state administration, city, settlement or village council, and in Kiev and Sevastopol - the Kiev and Sevastopol city council respectively.
