2. Determine that effective periods of the certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity issued (accepted) about day of entry into force of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the low-voltage equipment" and also procedure for production and release into the stream of commerce of products according to the specified documents are established according to the decision of the Commission of the Customs union "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the low-voltage equipment". Products and (or) packaging released in the territory of the Russian Federation according to the specified documents mark of conformity are not subject to remarking.
