According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About mail service" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 17, of the Art. 209), the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 16, 2012 No. UP-4475 "About Creation of the State Committee of Communication, Informatization and Telecommunication Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 23, 2012 "About the organization of activities of the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides No. PP-1836:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure of control of post, express departures regarding post safety according to appendix.

2. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
