About some questions of licensing of educational activities
According to subitems 2), 3) and 8) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing", the subitem 8) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements imposed when licensing educational activities and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them.
2. Determine:
1) Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the licensor on implementation of licensing of educational activities for the higher, postgraduate education, spiritual educational programs;
2) territorial departments on control in the field of formation of Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic Kazakhstanlitsenziarom on implementation of licensing of educational activities for initial, main average, general secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary education;
3) the state bodies approving licensing for implementation of educational activities regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
