About modification of the Procedure for creation of reporting these insurers

According to Item 2 parts one of Article 12-1, Article 12-2 and Items 1 and 18 of part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", the subitem 7 of Item 3 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1070, DECIDED:

1. Bring in the Procedure for creation of reporting these insurers approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of February 3, 2004 No. 39, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 23, 2004 for No. 517/9116 (in edition of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of September 15, 2005 No. 4619, such changes:

1.1. To add Item 2.4 of Chapter 2 with the new paragraph of such content:

"The insurers created in the form of joint-stock companies together with annual accounts submit the report on corporate management (appendix 5)."

1.2. Add the Procedure with new appendix 5, which is applied.
