1. Approve the Order of interaction between divisions of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in operating time with ownerless things and the property which is carrying over the state which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 1032 "About approval of the Order of interaction between divisions of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in operating time with ownerless things and the property which is carrying over the state", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 26, 2011 for No. 630/19368.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of repayment of tax debt of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Tarasenko V. O.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
