About procedure for notifying registration of industry (cross-industry) and territorial agreements, collective agreements

According to Article 15 of the Labor code of Ukraine, article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About collective agreements and agreements" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for notifying registration of industry (cross-industry) and territorial agreements, collective agreements which is applied.

2. To the ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry, local executive bodies within powers to consider industry (cross-industry) and territorial agreements, collective agreements, changes and amendments to them concerning compliance to the legislation and in case of identification of violations to provide recommendations concerning their elimination.

3. Recommend to local government bodies to consider within powers collective agreements and agreements, changes and amendments to them concerning compliance to the legislation and in case of identification of violations to provide recommendations concerning their elimination.

4. To provide to the ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry explanations concerning application of the Procedure approved by this resolution.

5. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 1994 as No. 225 "About procedure for notifying registration of industry and regional agreements, collective agreements" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 8, the Art. 193) and of July 20, 1996 No. 819 "About modification of Item 1 Regulations on procedure for notifying registration of industry and regional agreements, collective agreements" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 15, the Art. 404).
