1. In the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform trade of tobacco products on the basis of the license.
2. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- take necessary measures for ensuring accomplishment of this Decree;
- provide offers on modification and amendments to legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- provide the acts according to this Decree.
3. Enact this Decree since April 1, 2013.
