According to article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", Item 2 of the Section ІІ of Ukraine of October 02, 2012 No. 5411-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring functioning of system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED "Final provisions" of the Law:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on method, the size and conditions of provision by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of financial support approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 8, registered on August 08, 2012 for No. 1339/21651, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To department of public relations and the international organizations to provide placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after it to state registration.
