According to part two of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the mode of foreign investment" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for foreign investments and its cancellation which is applied.

2. Determine that before completion of implementation of actions by training of territorial authorities of the Ministry of the income and charges of function of such bodies, are assigned by the provided Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for foreign investments and its cancellations approved by this resolution to bodies of the State Tax Service.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
